Try Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 for Powerful Shooting!

Introduction:

Panasonic has made the whole world turn around in anticipation with its release of Panasonic Lumix DMC-GH1 digital camera. All its competitors were jolted by the astonishing video capabilities of its new camera and the utilitarian look it sports giving less heed to appeal and aesthetics.

Features:

The DMC-GH1 digital camera has brought to the fore the much-awaited feature in Panasonic cameras-the interchangeable lens. Use the micro four third lenses with this camera for amazing results. To accommodate this, much of the camera’s front portion has been dedicated to the lens alone enhancing its functionality but bidding farewell to its pentaprism and the mirror box.

Pros:

• Shoot Full High Definition video of 1920 x 1080 resolution at 24 frames per second with continuous AF. You get more recording time now due to the AVCHD format used and one more option is the ability to record a video even while taking still images.
• The camera comes equipped with a Live View Finder system. This feature will let you know in advance how your picture is going to look once you have made changes to the shutter speed, exposure etc.
• If you wish to set a trend in movie making by meddling with the shutter speed and aperture here is your chance to do so. The Lumix Creative Movie Mode lets you get into action in the way you choose and make those creative movies that reveal the distinct you.

Cons:

• Beware of screeching noise while shooting at high ISO ranges. Even the pictures had lost their clarity.
• The DMC-GH1 camera is atrociously pricey. There are several cameras out there that can perform in the same manner but for a much lesser price.
• Caution should be exercised while meddling with the lenses. The camera is prone to catching finger prints and dust.
• While shooting in continuous mode, you cannot obtain live view of the objects in motion.

Pricing Range: Get this stunning camera home by paying just 1,114$-1,500$. Available in Black!

Final Verdict: Taking its cue from its earlier mishap with the G1 model, Panasonic has invested a great deal of time & research in designing the DMC-GH1 and we can say that all its efforts have paid off. This camera successfully competes with several professional DSLRs in many aspects and we must say its video quality even surpasses few. A great camera for those who can afford!
