Sony has recently released the DSC-HX5V as a part of its Cyber-shot series meant for travel-lovers and experienced shooters who want to hone their shooting skills. The camera has 45 MB internal memory and also supports SD/SDHC/Memory Stick Duo/Memory Stick Pro Duo/Memory Stick Pro HG-Duo memory cards.

Features:

Out of several interesting features of the HX5V, Sweep Panorama mode is a special feature that allows you to capture landscapes, skyscrapers and such other mansions in full spectrum. Simply press the shutter and drag the camera along the entire landscape your panorama shot will be ready in no time. Besides, the camera also offers 15 scene modes that will make your photos look more beautiful and attractive.

Pros:

• Shoot videos in AVCHD format with 1080i resolution and enjoy watching them on various types of media like PCs, HDTV’s and Blu-ray disc players. A special mode called Active mode can be used while recording video for correcting the possible shaking and blurring.
